We deliver fond camp memories throughout the summer at our Summer Camps!
Our Mini-Camps provide values-based retreats one weekend a month!

For over 25 years, the Share Foundation has been organizing summer camps and values retreats for other-abled adults. Summer camp has grown enormously from the first camp that was held at Father Blaney's home. Gradually, more weeks were added and camp was held at various locations including Butternut Springs and Apple Acres. Finally in 1995, the St. Timothy Center was constructed at Sharing Meadows to be used as a permanent camp facility. At that time, more people than ever before were interested in attending summer camp and there was a great need for socialization not just in the summer, but throughout the entire year. It was decided to hold weekend mini-camps once a month in the St. Timothy Center. From then on, the Share Foundation has held mini and summer camps consistently, with the support of talented staff and enthusiastic campers.

Camp Sharing Meadows includes traditional camp activities such as barbeques, arts and crafts, dances, and campfires that provide other-abled adults with much need socialization. Other-abled campers are culturally diverse groups of men and women who further enrich the camp experience. Most significant, however, are the values discussion groups that allow the campers to tap into their most private emotions concerning issues like "forgiveness" or "trust" or "self-esteem". A central part of every camp, these sessions validate and honor the individual-affirmations important for all of us, but especially for the other-abled.

Each weekend starts on Friday at 7:00PM and ends on Sunday at 2:00PM.
